Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the gear back to our designated recovery equipment warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
